when I was young
When I was young
Every night I watched the stars smiling at me
The moon following me
Monitoring all the steps that I took
Every foot print left behind
Under the shadow of its wings
Atleast even if no one
was there for me
Their presence meant everything
When I was young
My mother constantly held me in her bosom
Boosting the guts of my heart
Her lips met mine
Amillion times
When I was young
The animals were harmless creatures
The birds of the air were the eyes of the universe
The webbed wings of wind carried
The gentles whispers of hope to the sons of men
When I was young
Everybody wanted wait for me hand and foot
Stretching their arms to feel the gentle pals of my skin
My face sparked like a treasury of diamonds
Now that iam old
Iam shaped like a harmor
Humming my soul
The treasuries of joy have vanished
Vacating every single flly of memories
Iam only left with
Questions and assumptions
Circuming my life
