Solitude
Solitude
Falling deep into myself,
Feeling the solitude that is my mind,
Like the desert.
Free.
Feeling the sun radiate my skin,
Watching the golden sand stretch for miles.
Isolated.
No longer in the prison of my own body,
Faraway in my dreams.
Imagining a world where I cannot be folded to fit
in categories of this society.
I take flight like a leaf, that has broken away.
Roaming in the wind,
The pioneer of my own life.
