The air is crisp on an October day,

Acorns are falling from the oak trees,
The cool weather is here to stay,
All the trees are dropping their leaves.

Farmers are in the fields harvesting their crops,
Kids are sipping their delicious apple cider,
Soon it will be the autumnal equinox,
People scurry away from the eerie spider.

Halloween is near,
Kids in costumes trick-or-treating,
There are scary noises you can hear,
Buckets full of candy children are eating.

Now it’s November,
Winter is near,
Now there is cold weather,
