In the almost 15 ½ years I’ve lived on this Earth, I have lost many things; sometimes with the help of other people. Those things include:

My favorite bookmark, 2014ish. Made my 7th grade heightened interest in reading, all the more interesting.
A Drake and Josh bio book, 2010ish. Lost my fourth grade year by a girl with identity issues that prevented me from checking out a book for 2 years.
My best friend from 7th grade to her obsessing over popularity and boys.
A considerate image of my father, the summer prior to my 13th birthday.
My first bike with a ladybug theme that made me proud to ride. Came with us when we moved, rusted to weather and sour memories in winter of 2009.
My first kiss, stolen by an overzealous boy with dry lips, behind a door at a party.
My favorite thinking spot, in a large oak tree. Equipped with an occasional sunset and room for vivid imagination. Lost in spring 2010.
A love of math that died in the 8th grade.
And a love of singing due to overt shyness and very little self-confidence. (Currently working to get that back).
