a starving world
Starvation
Slow and painful
The feeling of knowing you're going to die
Sooner or later
The need for food
When all that is left of you is a skeleton
Flesh and bones
Nothing left
but you're still alive
Then finally the rebels let a truck full of food in
And you eat for the first time in weeks
and you start to think everything will be okay
but who knows
