My Thoughts Are A Tsunami

The volcano that erupted
Deep within (my) heart
Triggered the earthquake
That tore it all apart
If my mind is an ocean
Then my (thoughts) (are) a tsunami
Destroying everything in its path
Breaking down every little piece of sanity
Until it dies out
Because maybe if you had stayed (a) little longer
You could have stopped that (tsunami) crashing onto my shores
