My darling I must write
For fear of death
My innocence has been revoked
I shall never live again
Unless you do as you are told
Take my manuscript to the left of the house
Exit the door
Turn right and flight
Don't be caught
Run as one with the wind to the judge’s dwelling
And leave the file on the porch
The darkest of the night
The one with no moon
Shall be best
But oh my darling
I must confess that I love you more than life
And I’m glad for trust
