Breeding Barbarianism
Soil the sky, defile the land,
Nothing can save, nobody can.
How vicious the vehemence!
The cruel cycle of hurt and hurting,
So Hatred in Heroics and all that we've been forgetting,
Grieve the loss of love beside your lives.

We are not wicked, I believe. Loathe the act, love the person. Which may sound ridiculously unsympathetic at the moment from someone who has not lost somebody in any of the recent terrorist attacks, I understand. I know that more people will "inevitably" die, but I hope their humanity does not die with them. Must we lash out with our suffering? Must we desecrate graves and chant to hell and hatred? Even if we must kill, I'm scared for everyone's sorrow and their scars.
