The room was cold
But your blood ran colder
Awaiting a friend for you to hold
When the news came, your fire began to smolder
For the better part of the year you waited
Through bad days, and good ones
Even some of the girls you dated
Waiting for a little bundle of fun

Thinking of stories to sgare
Imagining his little nibling
His short life came to an end
You never got to be an older brother
You lost more than a bestfriend
