Our Infinity
You said we would be infinity
Somehow I knew it would be short-lived
You asked me to fly with you
I lifted my wing, but couldn't get off the ground
I guess I didnt believe enough
But again how could I?
You rarely came around to see me
And you only came around when you needed something
You would tug at my heartstring until they broke
I would go to you so we could mend them
But you would just throw me aside violently
My heart was drowned in misery and agony
Then you annihilated my love wih your hate
It killed me, but I still loved you
I've always loved you
And now I've forgiven you, for all you've done.
So lay me down tonight, next to you
Our bed of dirt will keep us warm, protect me
Protect us from the cruelty and shame of the world
Lay me by your side, for all I want is to be in your arms
To feel your heart in sync with mine one last time
I dont want to be on the Earth if I can't be with you
So lay me down, as we share a grave of grief and sorrow
We share a grave of loss and despair
For we've endured the most together
Please. Don't let me lose you
Don't let me float away

Someday I will forget the way his eyes glowed at the mere sight of mine. Someday I will forget this hurt.
