Breathe
I once breathed
Pure
Clean
Air.
I breathed it
In
And out.
So very full
Of innocence.
I never knew
Of anything else.
I missed the chance
To inhale
My purity
With great gusto
Before it was replaced
With toxic fumes
That left me
Choking
Struggling
Wishing
For
Pure
Clean
Air.

I hope people will walk away from this appreciating what they have a bit more because you never know when something you take for granted can be irreversibly ruined beyond value. Thank you for reading!
