Is that how you want to live?
Slinking around in the corridors of your mind,
Planning your much-wanted escape.
Dwelling over what has gone,
And what is yet to come,
If anything will ever come.
Hoarding your bitter resentment,
Like a pile of gold,
Warping and twisting your mind.
Keeping in your jealousy,
And then, your anger.
Until you come unwound.
Then starting all over again,
Until you reach your breaking point.
Is that how you want to live?
