Relief
And it was in that moment,
That the raging storms from inside,
Began to spill over the rim of consciousness,
Filling the empty spaces with nothing but,
Whirling cyclones threw every sense,
Trapped in a cage of bone,
Struggling for freedom,
Which had only one outlet,
The storms within her eyes,
The cyclones within her head,
The floods begin to spill over,
Down the terrain of her face,
And it was in that moment,
With each gasping, jerking breath,
Pain was released,
And release became relief.
