No one would listen


what is the point
of forming words, sentences when
They’ll just go unheard


what is the point
of elocution when
You’re just talking to yourself


what is the point
of voicing thoughts when
There’s no one to heed


And what indeed is the point
To even trying
When words won’t come out of my mouth
