I, Me, Mine

I don't know what to write about
I sort of have writers block
I decided to write the first thing that comes to mind
I guess this is it
Me is a word I've come to love
Me keeps myself from worrying too much for others
Me lets the world deal with its own problems
Me needs to worry about herself
Mine own eyes see the destructive world around me
Mine heart thinks I should do something
Mine head always thinks safety first
Mine own body tells me to stay put
But I know my head is wrong
ME needs to help others
And most importantly
Follow MINE own heart
