wanderlust

she longs to return
back to the far away land
the land she fell in love with
she can feel it
the warm breath of adventure
on the back of her neck
calling her back
back to the blue seas
and the rolling hills
and the endless cobblestone streets
wanderlust has devoured her
and she wonders what her life was like
before she knew
she was in love with the Earth
and all it had to offer her
