Her Truth
Brisk, cold air ripped a crossed her face,
She slowly walked as blue swept a crossed the sky.
The snow was beginning to fall now,
She tried to weep her sorrows away.
Knowing her love is getting more broken than ever before
Each day she wandered to his new home
Dreaming of them together again in the warm gated world.
He told her to be stronger than the winter winds
But she couldn’t wait any longer.
She left the cold world we now live in
To be with in his heavenly arms.
When the police found her,
She was laying still on his headstone
Even though she was there,
The police knew where she went.
