I’ve been through thick and thin it makes

It makes me proud to be who

I am life is a chance to be you no

one else ill be myself tell

I’m dead i walk threw the walls of doubt

i become the one i want to be

I am strong Mighty powerful in my

own way it is a struggle

yes indeedy i see that life ain’t easy

but its my choice to get up everyday

and actually make my stand be whom i am

I will take my stand for me,myself and I appreciate

the real people that walk by

my side for me  i won’t allow other to run me over

i've survived so many trails nothing will ever shut me down

I’ll die with a smile and not caring  whom

talks bad about me i see others try to

make me follow but i walk away do whats right

i keep writing these poems in hopes

one day ill be a author a big

to write and inspire other to live

big and let no one talk to you like a dog

its hard to stand up for yourself it took me tell i

was 16 to realize these things

now i stand up for myself my beliefs now im me

no one else i be myself i'm true to me no one else
