That wear fake smiles, their teeth smiling too, and
You, unsuspectingly, feel terribly sorry—
But I know the real you.

I find myself surrounded by fake friends,
That wear smiles that fade from their faces, like clouds after a storm, but
You, unsuspectingly, do not know—
I am still alone.
