Nightmares and Daydreams
I wake from my nightmares
to live through them.
Why wake up when your greatest nightmare is life itself?
Why sleep when you know that there are dreams
that will haunt you when you are awake?
or maybe it the other way around
Maybe we actually can do
what happens
in our dreams
and our greatest nightmares are real.
Does that mean
we are crippled by our dreams?
or freed?
maybe this world is the nightmare
and the "dream" is reality
Does that mean
I want to wake up?
or sleep?
