Different

I used to think that I was
a different kind of girl.
That God sent me down here
to help change the world.
I used to think that I was
a helpless fallen angel,
that fell from the sky
down into a world of sorrow.
I used to think that I was
a special new type of human,
that was stronger than the rest
and could take more abuse.
I now know that I am not
any different at all
except that I will fight
before I fall.

I read all three of your poems, and liked this the most (5/5*). Your words have sense and explain wishes of many-to be unique and you made it clear that it isnt about that. Also you said what you had to say in a constructive way and use of language, like it very much!! :)

What a great message. Of course, if everyone's unique, then aren't we all the same in a sense? Too many times have I read about people trying to convince themselves they are different, unique, special... this is refreshing. You don't need to be special to make a difference.
"You don't need to be unusual to be special. Just fight for what you believe in, and you will be important."
