Can I do it? Huh?
Hold the world for you?
Manipulate it in my hands?
I tell you,
You’ve got me wishin’-
and I’m not a wishing man.
It’s the best I can do,
you see,
I can’t control it all-
You deserve pure happiness-
But that’s a right to pursue,
not have.
So, I’ll pursue it for you,
‘Cuz you won’t take the time,
or are too down to make the effort.
Here’s some happiness,
my friend,
I hope you like it,
I took it from my own.
