Words
Phrases tumble through my mind,
Cascading onward to nowhere in particular,
I find it simply amazing how,
Sometimes for no reason at all,
My world ends and becomes the page…
The commitments, the struggles,
Everything just washes away within milliseconds,
Once the page starts, see I never know,
What I’m going to get,What will grow,
Yet, I don’t care…
Words pass on through my head,
Like an assembly line filled full,
Of ideas, hopes, and dreams,
They create themselves,
Making their own meaning,
Yet, not one thing is meant…
Still heading to nowhere in particular,
Still making my own meaning,
Still creating,
Still breathing…
My world ends, and the page,
Is just the beginning…
