Missing you
I haven't seen you in awhile,
how have you been
if I could just hear your voice one more time
I'd have the biggest grin.
I’d hug you for so long
and this you know.
I never really understood why
you had to go.
I cried for a while and asked dad
where you were with a frown.
He said you were somewhere, out there,
in the sky looking down.
Those times were hard for me
yes sir, this is true.
I don't think anyone misses you
like I miss you.
