Incomplete
Empty spaces between my fingers
Cry to get them filled with yours;
Silent phases start taking their pace
Through all my moments in the dark.
The sky turns dark blue,
The quiet widens and the cold thickens;
The tears from my eyes
Roll down to kiss my cheek.
My heart fails skipping you for a beat,
’cause it knows- you can never set it free.
My breath continues
Just to stop some day, for you.
I can never relinquish you,
’cause the sky is never off its blue,
The breeze can’t ever be away from soothe
and love can never be far from truth.
I wish I could get the temperature to low centigrade,
And I wish to have the nostalgia
frozen in my embrace;
I still wish the time to repeat
But my ode to our love
Is left Incomplete
Without your rhyme to it!
