The Dream of Water

We swim through it.
We drink it.
We are 75% of it.
Water.
Coursing through our veins,
The reason we are alive…
Literally.
Call it what you will
But water is known to everyone.
But some have experience with it.
To some it’s a reality, others
A Dream.
But the idea of the cold liquid
Swimming down our throats
Is Universal.
The idea of gracefully gliding
Through that presence
Is Glorious.
It’s sad to think that some
Don’t get the same experience
Of water that I do.
To me, water is reality.
To others…
A Dream.
