i know you hate it
when i get really angry
and start to whisper threats
to you, so i’m just
going to sit quietly and
let your brain scare you
into thinking about
my whispers of death.

I know you hated it
when other boys looked
just lower than the small of my back
where your hand was placed
so I’m letting you know that
no boy looks at me
in that way anymore
because I give them
something else to look at.

I know you hate it
I know you really really hate it
when I say I broke it off
because you need to have
constant control of our chemistry.
