The Knight
December 6, 2013
I was off on a quest
for it was time, I deemed,
to don my armor
and mount my steed.
I wielded my sword
with all my heart,
defending all
against the Dark.
I sought the place
where evil was found,
and buried it six feet
under the ground.
It was a great feat,
though now I am weak.
And, I have found
It is hard to fight
when you’re in the ground.
I send this message
to you my young night:
wield your sword
with Honor and Light
