where is sleep?
it is necessary for survival
key to living in a world
where standards are high
and personal expectations
even higher
I feel sick to my stomach
having heard of all this
for the past four years
your screeching voice a
painful reminder
to what as been causing
the anxiety attacks,
mental breakdowns,
and downward spiral of
self-deprecation
for what?
