Love Crushed
Words can not describe
The way that I feel
But I'll try and put it down
So that you get the idea
When I see your face,
It's like we're on a stage
Everyone else is gone
It's just you and me
When you laugh,
It's like the angels are singing
And every sound in the universe
Is dull when compared.
When you cry,
It's like sadness is an ocean
And it's quickly rising
Uncontrollably
When I see you smile,
It's like rays of sunshine
Filling my eyes
Your being burns with passion
When I see you with someone else,
A seething pain comes over me
I think I might faint
At just that simple sight
When you don't feel the same way,
It's like I've fallen
From somewhere over the tallest building
And I'll soon crash to the Earth
I hope that you understand
Even though my feelings are unrequited,
I'll never stop loving you
Even though your eyes are not for me
