Life after death?
I wish I believed in heaven,
Or hell and purgitory,
A place where I can one day go,
Make a better ending to my story.
But I feel we all just fade,
From conscious into nothing,
Which scares me to no end,
I enjoy being a something.
A someone, at least alive,
Able to process my own thoughts,
To feel love, hate, and sorrow,
But in death does that rot?
