Favorite Quote:
We few, we happy few

The crisp air flows
Turning winter into spring
Flowers bloom and grass grows
And none shall be the same

The breeze soon disappears
Flowers fade and the weak die
Summer comes and life plateaus
And nothing was the same

Still we remember those
Songs we sang in the spring
The lives we had and friends we made
And none shall be forgotten

The author's comments:
This poem was heavily influenced by Song of Purple Summer from the musical Spring Awakening and that musical in general.

I thourghly enjoyed reading this, it is short but has value that goes far beyond the number of words.
