What have I done?
Letting go of someone like you
Seeing you hurt and broken at my feet
All because of my insecurities?
I loved you and I love you still
But my mind doesn’t care.
He goes against what my heart says
And I have regretted it each and every day.

What have I done?
Watching you walk away
I knew at that moment that I shouldn’t have let you go
But if I didn’t I would never know.
What we had was real true love
But now, you want to have nothing to do with me
For I was the one, your first heartbreak
And now, a future together we can never make.

What have I done?
I let the best part of me go.
What have I done?
What have I done?

This is probably the worst poem I have ever written and i wrote it during a heartbreak (bad time to write good poetry)
