Stella's Story
Jealous
Zealous
Silly worthless fellas
So sick they're turning yella
Yelling at the top of their lungs "GOD IS YOUR SAVIA"
But I didn't need saving, I was already mella
There's a story, one I want to tell ya
It has nothing to do with the bible, heaven or hell, nah
It's about a girl one who said "He's so cute, like, hella"
And a boy one who said "I ain't got time for ya"
And a woman one who said "I need me a shelta"
And a man one who said "I ain't got money to buy me a sweata"
The girl one decided she was sad and uh,
She smiled anyway and asserted herself duh,
The boy one went away and came back to beg'a
But the girl one said, "I'm to good for ya"
She hugged the woman one and said "Don't let 'em get to ya"
She looked the man one in the eye and said "don't worry about no sweata's"
And the girl one lived happily ever afta
Because she didn't need the bible, or heaven or hell, nah
She was just fine all along, she was perfectly Stella
