Falter
Why?
A question,
Simple, yet confusing.
Can solve so much,
But it doesn’t solve everything…
Too many times.
You turned from me,
I tried to save you.
You made my intense love falter,
But of course that doesn’t matter now…
Not angry.
Disappointed in you,
Just a forced hurt.
Just overwhelmed with complete despair,
You would try to play me?
A consuming hurt feeling.
Wholehearted love completely, utterly crushed,
And it spread to the others,
Too many times I simply can’t sleep,
You did this to me, but why would you?
Why am I confused now?
I thought that you hated me,
Because you tricked me into your truth.
You out played my honesty with intelligent strategy.
Are we? Finally? You’re happy now? You love me?
