The train track

Two red shoes tapping
unnoticed, misunderstood
to someone else's
green dress trapped
twirling in the iron darkness
to the unheard
white ribbon sailing
over dusty nothingness
to the sound of
pink lips whispering
across the train track
a single word called
screams, the train, red green
white pink, hazel eyes
piercing me through the silent
music
