Insanity
Here we are physically,
mentally lacking.
Our earth
we have ruined,
we have destroyed.
We are against each other,
not for each other.
Insanity never sleeps.
We have woken up insanity
to a never ending insomnia episode.
Those who still hold a piece of sanity
are left to witness the world deteriorate.
We scream in desperation,
we silence our cries.
We have created hell because
Insanity never sleeps.
False moments of serenity begin,
but when least expected,
Insanity strikes again –
harder.
Insanity doesn’t discriminate among victims.
Children, male, females,
we are all targeted.
Insanity never sleeps.
But are those whom Insanity has taken over not victims as well?
Conscience or not,
Insanity has taken over.
We cannot call this home;
We have no peace.
Insanity never sleeps.
