time is frozen in place
there is a horror i can not erase
white pain is overwhelming me
it feels as if i have been plunged into an icy sea
you have left this place
i had yo watch you go
but where ever you are
i just want you to know...
you are my friend
my rock
you kept me afloat
when times got hard you'd make me smile
you would help me break through denial
and know i have to fend for my own
and admit, though terribly, you are gone
