The Boy who Burned the Clown
Have you seen the stormy winds,
That passed our village in the early spring?
Have you seen the little boy,
Who brought upon us light?
Have you seen the crazy clown,
Who’s laugh tore the sky like sheets?
Who brought upon our people death,
Skinned them bare and stretched their veins.
Drank the spit like lemon juice,
Cracked their bones and made them skip.
Once the boy has met the clown,
His fear has passed, he wondered why?
The clown was just a broken man.
Who’s son once lived but now he’s dead.
So have you seen the stormy winds?
The gushing blood and eyes of fear?
Revenge has never been so sweet.
As the boy torched the clown,
In the wood of his child’s crib.
