Clouds

I have been in existence
For sixteen years
And yet I continue to be
Absolutely fascinated
With clouds.
As a child I often found myself
Wondering
How something that could one moment
Be so calm
Seem to be so angry the next
Dark and grey
Crashing and screaming
As if trying to prove a point.
And now at this point in my life
It seems
I learned more about life
From those clouds
Than I ever chose to realize.

That was beautiful... Like, really deep. At first I thought that it was going to be childish, but the end hit me hard. I'd never thought of it that way, and I'll never think about it the same was again.
