I am a Tree
I am a tree
Seeing the high and low everyday
Counting my rings will show you the years
They’re full of tears fallen on me, changes in season, and the sun shining days
A few things will cut my branches:
The birds I know and love fly away
Every man that walks past, my leaves shake with fear
But I’ve been through a few storms
I still stand up strong
Open me up, there is no symmetry
Unique is what I am
I am a tree
