There she standing alone
with a broken life….
Guys go by only to lie…. to her.
Every night she cries into her pillow
Wishing she could go back.
Now she has to live a life
She never wanted to.
If only she knew she was more
That her life isn’t just it
If only…she could see
she still could change it all
that someone out there will love herdespite her flaws and
pass mistakes
Every day she's looking
every day she hoping
Evey day she wishing
That life would just take
a new turn

This is beautiful, JRB. It's so sad, and I'm sorry that your friend is going through tough times, that must be hard on you too. This poem is wonderful, though, and the only thing I'd change is it has a few spelling errors. (i.e. "she new" should be "she knew", etc.) Keep it up, this was such a good read! :)
