Favorite Quote:
Life sucks.

Trembling hands
Shivering teeth
The world around her spins
The pounding
Inside of her head
Reminds her
Of past nights
And regrets
And strangers
That she told all her secrets to
And gave them more than jus that
She falls on the marble ground
She can feel a red stream
Leaving her fragile skull
And suddenly
Her childhood projects
On the ceiling above her
Scraped knees
Her sister's birthday party
Hearing her parents yell behind closed doors
Her head pounds harder
While her heart feels hesitant
Her eyelids turn heavy
The images on the ceiling
Advance to a different time
A time of unwanted feelings
Of performing forced acts
To please people who are cruel
And switching an archaic utopia
For a life of filth and false hope
Too much red liquid
Has escaped her veins
Her heat decides to give up
She takes one last look
Before she allows her soul to go
The future held a pleasurable mystery
She couldn't wait to see what was ahead

This poem is very strongly worded which I really like! Great job!
