"So shines a good deed in a weary world."

One after another
The tears start to fall
I try to hide
So no one will see
They won’t care
My problems are nothing
I am nothing in their world
I am alone in mine
I am rejected
Day and night
Rejected at home
Rejected at school
I’m not bothered by the nightmares
I’m not scared of the lonliness
Its nothing that I don’t face everyday
I just wait for the tears
I pray for hope
As a feel the sting of every tear
The pain as it rolls down my face
I pray I’ll be ok
I look at myself in the mirror
My eyes bloodshot and red
My cheeks stained with invisible streams
My lips curved down as always
Will anyone ever love me?
Would it matter if they did?
Would they miss me if I ran away?
Or would they follow me?
I may be alone
I may be lost
I may be hidden
But I still have hope and that’s all I need
