Wonder Wonder Land
Some times
As I lay in bed
With a pillow
Beneath my head
My thoughts can wander
As I travel
Through wonder wonder land.
A place my own.
A world I’ve known
Since before my time
With grass so green
And Water clean
I sit and bide my time.
The wind is smooth
And there’s lots of food.
The music is the sky
Never before
Have I known much more
Than the land beyond my window pain
This wonder wonder land
Is far more than I planed
It fills me with color and light
It feels so real,
For I broke the seal
On a world full of might
Music is the sky
And I can fly
Only if I try
My eyes are open
Even though they’re closed
Who could know?
What I can know?
Who has seen?
Such wonders things
As I lay alone
In my bed
With a pillow
Beneath my head.
