State...
Fingers mash the keys
Of polished, black metal
With painted on letters.
The type writer dances,
Printing emotionlessly
Empty words on the page.
A signature. Clack. Ding.
A loud rip abruptly fills the room.
A blank letter ready for delivery.
Clack. Ding.
