Amazing
Amazing
I don’t know how to say it,
they were too good for
awesome, but not enough
for coolest thing ever.
I’ll just settle for amazing.
When we first arrived,
I didn’t know what to expect.
Although I tried.
I soon knew that Niagara Falls was just a tiny speck.
The falls were magnificent,
and that is to say the least.
As Quinn would say,
“they were beast.”
The hotel was great,
but it was a little crazy,
we watched monkeys go into people’s rooms as we ate.
Then, we got a little dozy,
so we would go to bed,
only to watch a movie
that would annoy my head.
The pool alone, was just enough,
without the monkeys and tapirs,
we wouldn’t have had it tough.
It’s sparkling blue water...sparkled, I guess
but it was so shallow
you didn’t even need a vest.
Then we said goodbye,
to the hotel that we loved,
but not before we had one last dive
into the sparkling cove.
Oh, I almost forgot,
we had these adventures
oh, so soaked we got!
