Each day I couldn’t take my mind off the very thought of you
I wonder whether you knew about this
And that I waited for you
We knew each other for some time
But you acted like you never saw in your lifetime
I even foolishly asked myself – When will you look at me with your dark brown eyes?
As I saw your eyes every time I closed my eyes
How I wished you did the same
Unfortunately to you I was just a friend
So I guess that was the end
But I am no fool to weep for you
So these are my final words to you
Goodbye and these brown eyes of mine would never peer at the sight of you
