Heart Of Desire

Don't touch my heart,
For it will break,
A lethal crack,
Will mar the black,
My heart is bruised,
Beyond repair,
My soul is scarred,
Nearly everywhere,
But there is still skin to spoil,
A soul yet foiled,
A broken plan to boil,
Please don't awaken my fears,
For there will be tears,
My mind is constant,
Looking for an excuse,
To not look you in the face,
You have touched my heart,
And though it did not break,
It burst into a fire,
Beyond the most basic of desire,
I shall not spite you,
Nor will I hurt you,
And if ever you want to pick a bone,
Don't forget,
You're not alone,
I am always here,
You just have to call my name. ~End

This poem was inspired by a friend of mine, the end was a part of his poem that I twisted to fit mine.
