A Command I Must Follow
There's something wrong with me.
I follow orders like a machine.
I don't have an option.
It's like a disease.
I thought I loved him
Then he used my curse against me.
The outcome could be grim,
Or, he could set me free...
I said I was sorry.
I thought it was the polite thing to do.
He said no, no more.
He commanded me to stop saying sorry for what is out of my control.
"As you wish, from now on, I will no longer feel sorrow for things I cannot control. Hopefully, things will better on the morrow."
He never talked to me again.
